- Step 1 — Bulk Inquiry Form: Submit your contact info and basic preferences. We’ll reply by email with the Color Chart / Master List and any clarifying questions.
- Review Colors/Sizes: Use the chart/master list to confirm your exact series, sizes, and colors.
- Step 2 — Bulk Quote Request: Submit the detailed form with your exact selections. If you have many lines, use our Excel Template.
- Excel Attachment (required if used): Download the template, fill it in, and attach it directly to Form 2. Email submissions are not accepted.
- We Review & Prepare Your Quote: Our team confirms availability and pricing based on your selections.
- Approve → Invoice: After your approval (or updates), we send an invoice by email. Payment is required before we place your order.
- Order & Fulfillment: Orders are placed on the 15th and 30th. Standard arrival is 12–20 days. We then quality-check and ship within 1–3 business days.

Important Ordering Information ▾
- Pre-Order Cycle: Bulk orders are placed twice per month on the 15th and 30th. Orders submitted just after those dates roll into the next cycle.
- Timeline: Standard arrival is 12–20 days after the pre-order date. After arrival, we perform quality inspection and ship within 1–3 business days.
- Rush Service: Available by request. Additional fees and possible duties/customs may apply depending on speed and destination.
- Communication: All updates, quotes, and invoices are sent by email only. Please monitor your inbox and spam folders.
- Invoice & Payment: An invoice must be paid in full before your order is placed with our supplier.
- Non-Refundable: Bulk pre-orders are non-refundable because products are ordered specifically for you.
