Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how these types of orders work and how you may change or cancel them.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

How billing works

  • Your payment method will be stored securely.

  • You will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Managing or canceling your subscription

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time.

Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription settings, or you can access them through your account on our website. Any changes will apply to future charges and future shipments.

2. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is currently out of stock or scheduled to be released soon. This includes—but is not limited to—limited edition boxes, seasonal collections, custom items, or restock batches.

How pre-orders are billed

At checkout, we may:

  • Collect no payment,

  • Collect a partial deposit, or

  • Store your payment method to charge the full or remaining balance when the pre-order is ready to ship.

Canceling a pre-order

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it is fulfilled.

  • Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

For eligible items, we may offer a try-before-you-buy option.

How it works

  • Your payment method will be authorized (not charged) before we ship the item.

  • You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you want to keep the item.

  • If you keep it past the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full price.

  • If you choose to return the item within the allowed time frame, you must follow our return instructions to avoid being charged.
