Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Regular Orders: Process within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Orders: Take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete before shipping.
  • Pre-Order Rhinestones: Typically ship within 1-2 weeks after the pre-order closing date.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping & Tracking Information

  • Each order will have tracking, and you will receive tracking information to the email provided at the time of purchase when the label has been created.
  • Once the order has been dropped off to USPS, it is out of our hands. If any problems occur, please contact USPS directly with any inquiries or concerns.

Route Protection

  • Route Protection is offered on every order at checkout.
  • You have the option to unselect the protection at your discretion. However, if you opt-out, please be advised that The Blingable World, LLC will NOT be held liable for any packages that have been lost, stolen, or damaged.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • Some countries require USPS to transfer packages to a local courier, which can take 2-10 weeks to arrive.
  • All shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees.
  • As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's import policies.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
