Custom Design & 3D Printing Policy

At The Blingable World, LLC, we are proud to create custom pieces that reflect the vision and style of our community. Whether it’s a rhinestone project, a 3D-printed accessory, signage, or décor, each custom order is handled with care and attention to detail.

Because every custom order requires dedicated design and production time, the following policy applies to all custom work across The Blingable World.

Design Fee

  • A Design Fee is required at the time of purchase to begin the custom order process.
  • Design Fees typically range from $15 – $50, depending on the scope of the request.
  • When you purchase the Design Fee on our website, this officially books your project.
  • A portion of your Design Fee (normally $10) will be credited toward your final order.
  • The remaining portion of the fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to move forward.

Approval & Quoting

  • After your Design Fee is purchased and your request submitted, our team will review the details.
  • If your project is approved, you will receive a personalized quote and invoice for the remaining balance of your order.
  • Quotes are based on size, complexity, materials, and labor.
  • All quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date issued.

Payment

  • The Design Fee must be paid in full before any design work begins.
  • Once your design is approved, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of your order.
  • Full payment must be received before production begins.

Production Timeline

  • Standard production is typically 1–3 weeks after design approval and final payment.
  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee, depending on the project.
  • Larger or more complex projects may require additional time; if so, you will be notified promptly.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once design work has started.
  • Cancellations before design work begins may be eligible for a refund of the order total, minus the non-refundable portion of the Design Fee.
  • If The Blingable World, LLC cannot complete your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your Design Fee.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs remain the intellectual property of The Blingable World, LLC.
  • We reserve the right to reproduce, adapt, or incorporate design elements into future products unless a separate written agreement is made.
  • While your finished product will be uniquely yours, design inspiration may be used in future creations.

Agreement

By purchasing a Design Fee and submitting a custom order request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Custom Order Policy.
