Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your item(s) arrive with defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear picture of the item and the defect.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- All canceled orders are subject to a $10 restock fee. This fee will be deducted from any refunded amount.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. We take every precaution to ensure that all items are properly packaged to prevent damages.
- If an item is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact USPS or the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Route Protection is available at checkout for added security. If you choose to opt-out of Route Protection, we will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Replacement Policy
- Items that arrive broken or damaged are covered for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, we are unable to offer a replacement.
- We cannot replace an item that has been broken due to use or mishandling after it has been received.
- To request a replacement, please email theblingableworld@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number.
